The breakfast was good with a fair number of choices. Located right on the River Ness it's very close to the center of town. Heated towel bar in the bathroom was a nice touch.
Rooms are pretty ordinary and “well used”. Windows are old single pane double hung that let in the cold air. Heater is old and not very efficient.

It was just a well-suited match for a getaway in Inverness with excellent value for money. The shower was awesome, really refreshing after a long day. Make sure to check the room layout as accessing some rooms can be tricky with bags.

The location was marvellous and fab, to everything in Inverness, and my bed was comfortable. Moreover, it's near the bridge, the river and city centre.

Tasty cereals and toast to every taste. Compact hotel rooms with an excellent view. All in all peaceful and charming setting close enough to the centre, river and shops. Situated only 1 km from Town House.
Very busy staff!

The room with a river view had updated decor and was cheerful.
The building itself feels a bit tired. While the room looked fine, common areas did show signs of wear and tear. Housekeeping missed emptying waste baskets and didn't replace coffee supplies. The dining area had minimal staff, especially when I noticed only a few patrons present with options that could use some improvement.

Location was stellar. 12 awesome restaurants within a block, plus a drop off laundry company 1/2 block away. Prime and scenic location along the River Ness. Great walkability, plenty of riverside benches.
Would have loved a new or updated toilet, it was a bit finicky but worked.

Great location, nice building and very nice staff. Good breakfast in a pleasant restaurant
The bed was much too soft, and I almost popped out when I turned around (only reason why I would not stay there again, otherwise really good).

Excellent location, 12 highly rated restaurants within a block, plus a laundry company that we could drop our clothes off at and pick up later that same day. Great walking location along the River Ness. The neighborhood was awesome.

You can hardly find a better location, right opposite the castle.
Somehow the heating in the bathroom didn't heat up properly.

Comfortable Stay with Fine River Views
Enjoyed a good night with a lovely view of the river. The lounge offered a cozy space to unwind. Our evening meal was satisfactory, but be prepared for a bit of a wait if dining. Suggestable to book ahead for peak hours!
